If we want to receive the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost, let us also take care during these days of preparation before Pentecost to make the community where we live like a holy sanctuary and another Cenacle. Strictly banished from there are the fuss of the world, dissipation, and all those comings and goings that unnecessarily disturb silence. Then, let us enter more seriously into ourselves, recollect our senses even more, and practice better the rule of modesty.

Our annual parish picnic will take place on Sunday, August 20th! Please come with your families to enjoy food from Hacienda, face paint, a bounce house, a firetruck, and yard games as we celebrate our Christ the King community.
