All are welcome to join us for added opportunities for prayer and liturgy during the Advent Season:
- 5:30pm Mass each Tuesday Evening, and Confession offered after Mass
- Liturgy of the Hours Morning Prayer, led by Deacon Joe before the Tuesday morning Mass at 8:10 a.m. (Prayer books provided).
- Liturgy of the Hours Evening Prayer led by Peter Mueller after the Tuesday evening 5:30 p.m. Mass (Prayer books provided)
- Masses for the Immaculate Conception, Dec. 8th, a holy day of obligation, are offered at 6:45 am, 8:30 am, and 7 pm. Please make plans to attend Mass that day.
- Faith sharing groups that will meet on Thursdays during Advent, and an evening of Taizé prayer on Dec. 10th (see ads below for more info)
Advent materials for personal prayer are available by the Mary statue. Donations can be placed in the gold offertory box by the wall.
Christmas Flower Donation envelopes are in your December envelope packets. Please fill in the name of who your donation is in memory of or honoring (please print) and place your donation in the collection basket, mail it, or bring it to the parish office by Monday, December 18th. Envelopes received after this date will not be included on the poster.
Christ the King is not selling Advent candles this year.
This Sunday is Donut Sunday! Please join us for donuts and fellowship after the 7am, 8:45am, and 10:30 am Masses in the Church basement.
Blest Art will be visiting Christ the King this weekend on behalf of the Christian families in Bethlehem, Palestine. Blest Art's mission is to support those families in the Holy Land. After all the weekend Masses, they will have hand-carved nativity sets, statues, crosses, rosaries, and many other pieces of beautiful olive wood art. They gladly accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

There are still lots of tags available on the three trees in the Church and online. Please make sure all gifts are delivered back to the parish by Sunday December 10th with labels attached. You can drop gifts off in the vestibule of church before or after all Masses. If you have any questions or are interested in volunteering call the parish rectory, or email Linda Hatfield or Janis Emmendorfer.

Our annual parish picnic will take place on Sunday, August 20th!
